This project made me think a lot and go out of my way to seek for inspiration. I have struggled but I managed to come up with an idea that I found pretty good.
The purpose of this project was to select any country and create a campaign for it to promote tourism there. I chose Japan due to its variety, it is definitely a very unique destination that offers so much to their tourists.
Usually when we think about a "perfect" holiday, we tend to imagine a stunning 5 star hotel with an all-inclusive experience. Infinite amounts of free food and drinks, beautiful big pools, spas, luxury, relaxation.But what makes this type of vacation unachievable for most people is the price that you have to pay for it.It is way out of budget for most people, especially young tourists that want to explore the world and have a good vacation.
Japan is a country with a huge variety of experiences and different ways to spend your time. You get to enjoy the national delicious food, all various types of theme parks and events, beautiful nature with both mountains AND the ocean, and of course learning about one of the oldest nations, significant both spiritually and culturally.It is THE PERFECT place for young travelers, for people who are looking for something new, for people who don't want to spend a lot of money but want to get a million-dollar experience.
The idea of SACRIFICE.
My biggest idea is that travelers sacrificing some of their little possessions is what leads them to the unforgettable, priceless experiences.Ex: Yes, the storage on your phone may get full, but this is what you get after seeing so much of Japan’s beauty. My concept is built on the affordability of Japan, the beauty it offers for the low price and how diverse it is, perfectly suitable for everyone.
